1981-1987 Original founding member and General Manager Cambridge Bulldogs Jr. Intercounty. League Champions 1983 and 1984 as well as finalists during 3 other years. The Bulldogs during that time sent more players to US colleges for baseball than any other team in Canada. Including Rob Ducey who went on to play in 13 Major League seasons.
1991 Coaching staff for the Cambridge Midgets Inter-County league champions.
1992-2003 Canadian scouting staff with the Toronto Blue Jays including Canadian Scout of the year award for 1997.
2003-2005 Cambridge Minor Baseball coach.
2005-2015 Original member of the Terriers program to the present as a Senior adviser.
