Terriers 15s Sweep To Move To 3-0
The 15u Terriers took two from London on Saturday at Kings Collegiate in Oakville. 


Game one was a 10-3 win. 

Lefty Will Yamka got credit for the victory on the mound. He went four innings, striking out six along the way. He allowed just two hits. 

 

Cameron Chee- Aloy lead the offense with three hits -  a single, double and a triple. 

Max Lanoue also had a triple while Jack Lamont, Keegan O'Hearn and Brayden Makowich chipped in with singles.

 

Lucas Roberts fired the fifth and sixth innings and Jack Duggan closed it out.

 

In game two the Terriers jumped out to and early 5-0 lead with a big rally in the bottom of the first.

 

With Makowich, Chee- Aloy and Yamka aboard, Nicolas Daoust laced a two RBI single up the middle scoring Yamka and Chee- Aloy. 

Jack Duggan followed with a booming two RBI double to‎ the right center field gap to make the score 4-0.

After a Hugh Pickney single, Ryan Pelton made it 5-0 with an RBI ground out to the London first baseman.

The Terriers continued to tack on runs on their way to a 11-1 victory.

 

Max Lanoue picked up the win on the mound in what would be a dominating four innings of work.

He struck out 8 and did not walk a batter. 

‎Sebastian Mizner threw the fifth and sixth in a game that ended in the mercy rule.

 

The 15s are in Windsor next weekend.
